The Filéane company is committed to offering healthy and tasty products.

To make these treats, she first selected organic almonds from Spain and Italy. Almonds that grow on non-irrigated land and therefore require about half as much water as those grown in California.

The chocolate is 58% cocoa from Kaoka, pure origin from the Dominican Republic, organic, fair trade and zero deforestation.

The coating used to give a little glossy side and prevent the chocolate from melting on the fingers is here only made up of sugars and gum arabic, therefore 100% vegetable. Because few consumers know it, but the “confectioner’s coating” that we usually find on this type of treat contains shellac or shellac resin, an insect-based additive!

Finally, the making of the final product is entrusted to an artisanal company which uses copper turbines to coat nuts and fruits in small quantities.
