Stimpson’s surf clams are Canadian clams with red, creamy flesh and a delicate, sweet flavor reminiscent of lobster. This tasty mollusk is exceptionally rich in zinc, phosphorus, copper, selenium, vitamin B12, vitamin B2, and iron. Rinsed and cut into bite-sized pieces, stimpson’s surf clams are a popular appetizer, but can also be incorporated into pasta or a delicious chowder.
