The wild Argentine shrimp is a cold water shrimp. Wild cold water shrimp are very different from farmed warm water shrimp because they grow more slowly and are therefore more tender and tastier. These are shrimp that are bursting with a flavor reminiscent of the sweet taste of lobster or langoustines. They are unlike any other shrimp on the market.
The shrimp inside the bag are individually frozen, which means you can take however many shrimp you want and put the bag scales back in the freezer!
