Coconut milk powder is a very versatile product, with multiple culinary uses. It can be used in all savory recipes such as curries, coconut milk soup and vegan cheese, or for drinks such as golden milk, hot chocolate, smoothies and lassis!
To reconstitute the equivalent of a can of coconut milk, use 90 to 100 g of powder for 300 ml of water, or approximately one part powder for 3 parts liquid. Add the powder to the liquid, whisking to dissolve it. This achieves the same fat content as in premium canned milk.
