How is it more ecological?
We use Canadian oats and Quebec sunflower oil.
By taking up less space, its transportation has a minimal footprint, and its packaging is a tiny fraction compared to 36 milk cartons that are very difficult to recycle. We use organic ingredients for your health, but also for the health of our planet. So we are sure that the production of our oatmeal has not dumped anything harmful into our ecosystems.

How to make 1L ?
In a blender:
1. Put 1L of water
2. Add 110g DAM (6 tablespoons or ⅜ cup)
3. 30 sec at maximum speed
4. Taste! YUM!
In a bottle:
1. Add ~250ml of water
2. Add 110g DAM (6 tablespoons or ⅜ cup)
3. Shake VIGOROUSLY 15sec
4. Fill with ~650ml water and stir
5. Taste! YUM!
Shelf life
– In concentrated form: 12 months at room temperature
– In milk form (concentrate mixed with water): 5-7 days in the fridge
