TIP: For tasty fish and grilled dishes, worthy of the seaside – Emulsify 4 tbsp. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of fleur de sel and 1 tbsp. of oregano, then pour generously over grilled meats, fish and vegetables when serving.
