Chef Rafaël has chosen to partner with one of Montreal’s best artisanal micro-breweries: Avant-garde and their famous “Mr Brown” beer to concoct this new BBQ sauce recipe. The smoky taste of the sauce and the dark beer will suit gourmets and all summer barbecues !!
Ingredients :
