(Velouté) A blend inspired by the City of Knowlton, located on the shores of beautiful Brome Lake, in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. The Knowlton mix was created as a result of a mistake. While we were doing a taste test at a local cafe, two blends that needed to be tested separately were mistakenly paired; which has since given birth to the Knowlton blend. Knowlton Coffee is a blend of some of the best Indonesian and African coffees. This blend offers a remarkable aroma and a fruity finish.
