This salt blend is made using a combination of aromatics that contribute a series of natural glutamates, resulting in a bold umami wave. Specifically created to enliven the flavour profile of recipes, with the support of incomparable Nordic fragrances. Can be incorporated into any dish that requires a flavour punch.
