The flowers used🌸 include centaury, marigold, marigold, peony, bee balm, sunflower, and more.
* 70% bean-to-bar dark chocolate made by Bassan, in the Gaspé Peninsula.
** The flowers are grown in Quebec. The petals are selected and harvested by hand for their aesthetic and taste qualities.
