This bar is made with organic Lumina 70% dark chocolate* (and vegan) from Bassan Chocolat, in Gaspésie. This exceptional bean-to-bar chocolate is made from a blend of Trinitario beans, with slightly tangy tropical fruit flavors.
Paired with red and yellow raspberries**, Lumina chocolate offers a truly luminous discovery!
The Bassan team works directly with small cocoa producers, creating a short supply chain and better traceability. She carefully selects cocoa beans that express typical characteristics revealing the best of each of the terroirs from which they come.
**The yellow and red raspberries are grown at the Bourdelais farm in Lavaltrie. We strongly support their ethical and sustainable approach to farming. We chose their freeze-dried berries, which offer maximum flavor and nutrients.
The bars are made without soy lecithin, a major allergen often found in chocolate.
