FRUIT AND HONEY KETCHUP

This is a fruit ketchup like my mother and grandmother made, with hand-cut fruits and vegetables gently simmered with spices. The tradition is however broken by the replacement of sugar with honey in order to reflect our profession today, beekeeping.

Ingredients

Tomatoes, peaches, onions, white vinegar, apples, pears, peppers, celery, honey, sugar, spices.
