The glass infuser pitcher is ideal for brewing hot teas, iced teas or herbal infusions. The glass withstands water from cold to boiling and is a neutral, easy-to-clean material allowing you to switch, without aromatic transfer, from one style of infusion to another. The spacious filter allows leaves of all styles and sizes to release their full flavour.
Using the pitcher
1- Measure the leaves into the infuser basket (12.5g or 5 to 10 teaspoons, depending on the size of the leaves).
2- Fill the pitcher with water of the desired temperature: 75°C to 95°C for hot infusions, or simply cold water for a cold infusion.
3- Insert the infuser basket into the pitcher and leave to infuse for the recommended time (for a cold infusion, we suggest between 8 and 12 hours).
4- Remove the infuser basket, replace the lid and enjoy.
