Le Piccante seitan is precooked. It can be eaten cold or hot and can also be frozen without problem.
You can use it sliced, chopped (in a blender), cubed or striped. It replaces the meat you use in your traditional recipes like pizza, submarines, vegetable stir-fries and raclette. You can also serve it as a charcuterie in your 5 to 7 or in taccos.
