In the mouth the attack is focused on the aroma of clementine pulp, followed by a finish focused on the bitterness of citrus peels! The sugar/acid balance is perfectly balanced and the texture between the jelly and the tender zest gives a very nice dimension in the mouth.
The jam is a balm for all those who believe that the Moroccan clementine season should last 12 months a year!
