Quebec is the place of origin of a very wide variety of fruit and vegetable varieties developed by the generations that preceded us. Nothing to do with the few varieties available in supermarkets. In this second collection, we present varieties related to the history of Quebec and that of its inhabitants. The survival of these foods is credited to religious communities in the province and local families.
