Quebec is the place of origin of a very wide variety of fruit and vegetable varieties developed by the generations that preceded us. Nothing to do with the few varieties available in supermarkets. This third collection brings together varieties intimately linked to the history of our province. Arrived from France with the colonists or developed by Quebec families, some people perceived the inestimable value of these foods and shared them. Thanks to them, it is now possible to cultivate and taste this part of our heritage.
