Fancy Marinade for Fresh Salmon
A great classique of Scandinavian gastronomy. Get a smooth salmon with subtle aniseed flavours with the La pincée Scandinavian blend. Easy to use, the right dosage is in the jar. Just cover a piece of salmon with some of the marinade and place it in a deep dish in the fridge to work its magic. Allow two to three days, depending on the thickness of the piece, for the salmon to release its water and become infused with the herbal and roasted spice flavours that the mixture offers. You can use the mixture with trout, salmon and Arctic char.
Gravlax can be eaten thinly sliced as a starter on thin crackers with a dash of dill sauce or as a main meal with your best potato gratin, fine pickles and a crisp salad. Dare to try it!
