Created from some of our favorite ingredients, the confection is entrusted to Xocolatl, a small artisanal chocolate factory in Compton in the Eastern Townships.
Our excellent soft and tasty cranberries with apple juice are coated with Sao Tome 66% chocolate. The sweet and sour fruity notes of cranberry blend perfectly with the sweet and woody cocoa for an explosion of flavors.
A true concentrate of energy, it’s the perfect snack to give a little boost during slow moments of the day.
Ingredients
Organic dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithins, vanilla extract), organic apple juice cranberries (cranberries, apple juice, sunflower oil), organic glazing agent (gum arabic, sugars)
Conservation
Store at room temperature for better conservation, in an airtight container, ideally a glass jar, protected from light and humidity. Best consumed within 12 months.
