Our organic long grain brown rice is a whole grain with the germ and wheat coating intact; thus adding richness, flavor and nutritional value to the rice. Long grain brown rice has a mild nutty aroma and has a tender, slightly sticky texture when cooked. For each cup of rice, use 1 ½ cups of water. This rice cooks in approximately 30 minutes. Long grain brown rice is great for cooking and baking.

You can also sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over the entire recipe, which you can serve hot or cold, for a delicious, Asian-inspired meal.
