Our shoyu is the result of a year-long artisanal fermentation process, made with only three key ingredients: camelina koji and regeneratively grown yellow peas, plus water and sea salt. Made in the village of Labelle, Quebec, it embodies the perfect blend of Japanese tradition and local expertise.

Ingredients:
Spring water, yellow pea koji (organic yellow peas from Quebec, Aspergillus oryzae), roasted camelina meal, sea salt.
