Inspired by this great Montreal classic, our version is vegan but stunning. As tradition dictates, our tofu is seasoned and macerated in our tasty blend of spices. It is then smoked in an artisanal way with maple wood.
Reheat it and serve it with mustard between two slices of rye bread, on pizza or even pasta!

Tofu (organic soybeans, water, magnesium chloride and calcium) ■ beet juice ■ gluten-free tamari sauce ■ canola oil ■ spices ■ sea salt ■ natural wood smoke
INSTRUCTIONS
Boiling water: Submerge the bag for 4 minutes.
Microwave: Remove from bag and reheat for 1 minute.
